Journal of the Turkish Chemical Society, Section A: Chemistry (JOTCSA) is an open-access, paid (article processing charges, APC, effective from 11(3); see the price information page for more details), and double-blind peer-reviewed publication of the Turkish Chemical Society (Society's website). Our aim is to serve the chemical community with a high-quality open-access journal. The author gives the right to publication to the journal, as they sign a form (copyright transfer form) and our journal runs according to Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial NoDerivatives license (see bottom of page for more information).

Our journal accepts all papers for evaluation, provided that they are in a field of chemistry. The fields include, but not limited to:

• organic chemistry,
• polymer chemistry,
• and physical chemistry.

Chemistry education papers are kindly directed to the Chemistry Education journal (JOTCS-C), available at https://dergipark.org.tr/jotcsc. The journal has a policy with Jisc (formerly Sherpa/Romeo), allowing authors to deposit versions of their work. The authors give the right to the journal to publish their work, and then they abide to CC-BY-NC-ND license thereafter.
