Abstract
Kafa travması çocukluk yaş grubunda önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Bu yaş grubunda sağlık kuruluşlarına başvuran kafa travması olgularının yıllık insidansı % 12 olarak bildirilmektedir. 7 yaşında kız çocuğu acil servisimize kafa travması nedeniyle getirildi. Çekilen Bilgisayarlı beyin tomografisinde epidural hematom tespit edildi. Hematom cerrahi olarak boşaltıldı.

Abstract
Head trauma is a major health problem in the pediatric age group. In this age group who were admitted to health institutions, the annual incidence of head trauma patients has been reported as 12%. 7 year old female due to head trauma was admitted to our emergency services. Epidural haematoma was detected on the computer brain tomography. Haematoma was evacuated by surgery.
