The aim of this study was to examine the dynamic balance development of tennis players between the ages of 20-24 by making bosu ball exercises for tennis specific for 8 weeks. The research was carried out in the experimental research model. A total of 20 voluntarly participants, including 10 experimental group and 10 control group, participated in the study. For 8 weeks, tennis specific bocu ball balance training was applied to the experimental group in the form of a 60-minute program once a week in Alanya Tennis Club. The Star Excursion Balance Test was used to measure the dynamic balance. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis package programme. Although it was observed that some data showed normal distribution as a result of the normality test, non-parametric tests were preferred due to the small number of data. “Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test” was used to look at the differences between the pre-test and post-test. The significance level was evaluated as p<0.05. As a result of the research, a statistically significant difference was found in all aspects in the male experimental group for the right foot balance score (p=0.028). No statistically significant difference was found in the female experimental group for the right foot balance score. There was no statistically significant difference in the control group for both genders for the right foot balance score. For the left foot balance score, a statistically significant difference was found in all aspects in the male experimental group (p=0.028). There was no statistically significant difference in the female experimental group for the left foot balance score (p=0.066 - p=0.68). There was no statistically significant difference in the control group for both genders for the left foot balance score. As a result, it is thought that applying the bosu ball exercises for 8 weeks and longer by increasing the scope, intensity and intensity of the bosu ball exercises based on the principle of increasing continuity will be beneficial in terms of dynamic balance development.
