Serbest Bölgelerin Ekonomik Etkileri: Gaziantep Serbest Bölgesi’nin Etkilerine İlişkin Bir Saha Araştırması

Abstract

Uluslararası ticaretin her geçen gün biraz daha küresel bir nitelik kazandığı günümüzde serbest bölgeler, kuruldukları ülke ve bölgenin ekonomik yapısı üzerinde önemli etkiler ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu kapsamda serbest bölgeler, ekonomik yapıyı temel olarak yatırım ve dış ticareti artırma, verimlilik artışı sağlama, istihdam olanakları yaratma, ihracatı ve rekabet gücünü artırma etkileri ortaya çıkararak etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gaziantep Serbest Bölgesi’nin ekonomik etkilerini değerlendirmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Gaziantep’teki serbest bölgede çalışanlardan, anket yoluyla serbest bölgenin ekonomik etkilerine yönelik görüşleri hakkında veriler toplanmış ve toplanan veriler SPSS paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir

Economic Effects of Free Zones: A Research for Determination of the Effects of Free Zone in Gaziantep

Abstract

As the international trade goins a global nature, free trade zones lead to significant impacts on the economies where they are founded and on the economic structure of region. Within this scope, free trade zones contribute to the economic structure by basically increasing the investment, foreign trade productivity creating employment oppurtunities, and increasing the exportation and the competitive capacity. The main of this study is to evaluate the impacts of Gaziantep Free Trade Zone ın accordance with this aim, data concerning the opinions of people who work in Gaziantep Free Trade Zone about the economic impacts of free trade zone were collected using a questionnaire method and the data collected were analyzed using SPSS
