Avrupa Birliği’nin Ortak Dış ve Güvenlik Politikası

Abstract

Ortak Dış ve Güvenlik Politikası, AB bütünleşme sürecindeki işbirliğinde en zor alanlardan biri olmuştur. Çünkü farklı ulusal çıkarlara, tarihsel geleneklere ve dünyanın diğer taraflarıyla farklı siyasi ilişkilere sahip üye devletler, dış politikayı egemenliklerinin belirtisi olarak görmektedirler. Fakat pek çok farklılığa rağmen, bir ODGP oluşturulması talebi AB içinde yaygın bir şekilde paylaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temel argümanı: AB’nin uluslar arası sorunlar üzerinde etkili; tek bir sesle konuşan küresel politikada etkili ve önemli bir aktör olma amacına ulaşmasının etkili ve tutarlı bir ODGP oluşturmasıyla mümkün olacağı gerçeğidir

Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union

Abstract

CFSP has been one of the most difficult areas in the cooperation cooperate in EU’s integration process. Because member states which have different national interests, historical traditions and different political relations with other parts of the world, have seen it as a sign of their sovereignty. But, in spite of many controversies, the demands for a CFSP are widely shared in the EU. The main argument of this study is to emphasize the fact that in the realization of the aims of EU for being effective in the solutions of international problems and for being the main actor on the global policy the only way is to form effective and coherent DDGP
