Implementation of Advocate Profession Education by an advocacy organization is indeed a requirement for appointment of an advocate. Article 2 paragraph (1) of Law no. 13 of 2003 on Advocates, regulates the appointment of advocates. The problem faced is the absence of criteria and requirements for appointment and advocate offices eligible for apprenticeship for potential advocate members. The decision of the Constitutional Court in the case of 95 / PUU-XIV / 2016 provides the consequences of the need for cooperation between professional organizations advocacy with universities in the implementation of PKPA. PKPA held must be the standardized curriculum. In addition, cooperation between professional organizations advocate with universities can also be realized. The embodiment is in the form of developing a professional education model at two levels, namely the level of the general profession and the level of the special profession.
