Prof. Dr. Murat Çuhadar is a distinguished expert in tourism research with a strong interdisciplinary focus on data-driven methodologies, digital transformation, and the integration of emerging technologies in tourism systems. His work spans bibliometric mapping, quantitative analysis, and technology applications in tourism, with a particular emphasis on how artificial intelligence, smart tourism, and digital innovation shape conceptual and practical developments in the field. In addition, his research interests extend to gastronomy tourism and food and beverage management, where he examines consumer behaviour, service quality, online reviews, and digital transformation processes in restaurant and hospitality operations. He has also contributed to the growing literature on the role of technology and data analytics in enhancing gastronomic experiences and the competitiveness of food and beverage businesses. Prof. Çuhadar’s research has been published in indexed journals and widely cited in international bibliometric and empirical studies.
