AECO ENDÜSTRİSİNDE YENİ PERSPEKTİFLER VE I 4.0 DÖNÜŞÜMÜ İÇİN ÇOK KRİTERLİ KARAR VERME İLE RİSK İNDİRGEME

Abstract

AECO endüstrisi, ülkelerin ekonomik büyümelerine büyük katkı sağlayan önde gelen sektörlerden biridir. Endüstri 4.0, emek yoğun bu sektörde dijital dönüşümün önünü açmıştır. Dijitalleştirilmiş operasyonlar ile proje yönetiminde kesinlik, süreç standardizasyonu, iş akışında iyileştirme, risk minimizasyonu, proaktif eylemler ve maliyet tasarrufu mümkün hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada, gerçek hayat uygulamalarında dijitalleşmenin etkileri ve katkıları ile dönüşüm sürecinde karşılaşılan başlıca zorluklar belirlenmiş, ayrıca uygulayıcılara ve bilimsel araştırmacılara İnşaat 4.0 süreçleriyle ilgili avantajlar ve risk faktörleri sunulmuştur. Farklı etki seviyelerine sahip çok sayıda çelişkili sorun boyutu DEMATEL (Karar Verme Deneme ve Değerlendirme Laboratuvarı) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar grafiksel çizimlerle açıklanmış ve araştırma çıktıları tanımlanarak ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş, ayrıca araştırmacılar ve uygulayıcılar için uygulama risklerini azaltmak amaçlarıyla İnşaat 4.0 adaptasyon stratejileri önerilmiştir.

RISK MITIGATION FOR NEW PERSPECTIVES IN AECO INDUSTRY AND I 4.0 TRANSFORMATION WITH MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION MAKING

Abstract

AECO industry is one of the leading sectors that contributes greatly to the economic growth of countries. Industry 4.0 has paved the way for digital transformation in this labour-intensive sector. With digitalised operations, certainty in project management, process standardisation, improvement in workflow, risk minimisation, proactive actions and cost saving are made possible. In this study, effects and contributions of digitalisation in the real-world applications and the main difficulties encountered in transformation process were determined, as well as, the advantages and risk factors related to Construction 4.0 processes were presented to practitioners and scientific researchers. A large number of conflicting problem dimensions with different impact levels were evaluated with DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evoluation Laboratory). The results were elucidated with graphical illustrations and scrutinized in details by delineating research outcomes, as well as, Construction 4.0 adaptation strategies to mitigate application risks were suggested for both researchers and practitioners.
