Plato says that the person who educates himself well, will manage the state well when necessary, has made discussions with his students in the garden of his own house. People can often refrain from expressing their opinions if they do not feel comfortable. Aware of this, Mustafa Kemal thought creating a warm atmosphere by inviting statesmen to the table. In this table, various scientific issues such as domestic politics, foreign policy, economy, history, geography, language, important problems of the day, revolution movements and all kinds of national issues were discussed. Because Prime Minister İsmet İnönü and ministers manege the Republic of Turkey from Ankara, it would be wrong to perceive that table as a government center. You have to be invited to participate in Atatürk's dinner table. However, there are privileges of Ismet Pasha (Inonu), Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Tevfik Rüştü Aras and Şükrü Kaya. No matter what time, they could always come to the table when they left their jobs and when they saw it. The characteristic of Atatürk's table was that only inedible but also important inadmissible state affairs were discussed at the table. Atatürk would eat whatever kind of food came to the table, he would prefer roasted chickpeas, which he loved only among the various appetizers on the table. From meals, he loves omelets, belly and dried beans. In this study, it will be evaluated that Atatürk's table is not an ordinary meal table.
