Kalite Yönetimi Uygulamalarının Firma Performansı Üzerindeki Etkisinde İnovasyonun Aracı Rolü İle Çevresel Dinamizmin Moderatör Rolü

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada TKY uygulamalarının inovasyon ve firma performansı üzerindeki etkisi
ile bu etkideki çevresel dinamizmin moderatör rolü araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca TKY
uygulamalarının firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinde inovasyon performansının
aracı rolü analiz edilmiştir. Bu amaçla İstanbul Sanayi Odası’nın 2015 yılında
ilan etmiş olduğu ilk 1000 sanayi firması araştırmanın ana kütlesi olarak
belirlenmiştir. 203 firmadan elde edilen veriler analiz edildikten sonra TKY
uygulamalarının inovasyon ve firma performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak
etkilediği; inovasyon performansının da firma performansını pozitif yönde
anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. Aracılık testi sonucu TKY
uygulamalarının firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinde inovasyon performansının
aracı rolü bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Moderatör testi sonucunda ise TKY
uygulamalarının inovasyon performansı üzerindeki etkisinde çevresel dinamizmin
moderatör rolü bulunduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
