Kadim employs a double-blind peer review system to ensure impartiality by keeping the identities of both authors and reviewers completely anonymous throughout the process. Reviewers are carefully selected from institutions distinct from those of the authors and from each other to ensure credibility and impartiality in the review process. This policy is a cornerstone of Kadim’s commitment to enhancing objectivity and preventing potential biases.
Kadim implements a meticulously conducted external peer review process for all submitted articles. Manuscripts are reviewed by independent, external experts selected based on their specialized expertise relevant to the subject area and possession of a doctoral degree. A core principle of our journal is to ensure that reviewers act independently, maintain no conflicts of interest with the authors or the editorial team, and uphold the highest standards of impartiality and scientific rigor.
Kadim makes significant efforts to ensure institutional diversity in every issue by actively engaging experts from a broad range of institutions and countries. In line with its publication policy, the journal is dedicated to supporting impartiality and diversity while actively promoting gender equality. These principles are applied with great care throughout both the review and publication processes and are fundamental to Kadim’s mission of fostering impartial, high-quality academic work.
Evaluation and External Reviewer Selection :
All submissions to Kadim undergo a similarity check, followed by an anonymized editorial preliminary review. This rigorous process is applied with the same level of diligence to all submissions, including those originating from institutions such as Sakarya University, where some editorial board members are affiliated. Considering the resulting anonymous reports, the editorial board evaluates the submission’s scientific validity, relevance to the journal’s scope, contribution to the literature, and methodology and findings. This evaluation is conducted in a strictly impartial manner, ensuring that the author’s identity and institutional affiliation remain completely unknown throughout the process.
Once the editorial board determines that a submission is suitable for peer review, three independent external reviewers are recommended based on the article’s language and subject area, preferably from different institutions and at the international level. The editor then contacts two of these reviewers to invite them to evaluate the submission. If the reviewers are unable to accept the invitation due to workload or other reasons, alternative reviewers are recommended by the editorial board. Particular care is taken to ensure impartiality, especially in cases involving submissions from the aforementioned institutions.

Submission Regarding Author & Affiliation:
Multi-Author Articles: In articles with multiple authors, the roles and contributions of each author must be clearly specified using the CRediT Contributor Roles Taxonomy. Contributions should be quantified as percentages, with the total equaling 100%. This information is presented in a table at the end of the article to ensure transparency and adherence to international academic standards.
