Authors submitting a manuscript accept that their work contains unpublished work and that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Previously published tables, illustrations or text should be clearly indicated in the manuscript and the copyright holder’s permission must be obtained. The journal requires that appropriate ethics committee applications are made, and where relevant informed consents are received and that they are communicated to the article.
