Authors publishing with Karatekin Law Journal retain the copyright to their work, licensing it under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license that gives permission to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format other than commercial purposes as well as remix, transform and build upon the material by providing appropriate credit to the original work.

For translated articles to be published in our journal, the translator is obliged to obtain written permission for publication from the author(s) of the work and/or the person or institution holding the right of publication and to send this permission document to the Board of Editors before the referee is appointed. The author is obliged to send the original translated text as a pdf file by specifying the imprint.
c. It is assumed that the manuscripts sent to our journal have been submitted after the latest checks in terms of spelling and can be published in this form.
