The Center for Public Policy Research and Development

The Journal of Public Policy Research and Development is an international, peer-reviewed journal established in 2025 under the auspices of the Karabük University Center for Public Policy Research and Development (KAPGEM).

KAPGEM was established to examine and develop public policies of the government, ministries, and public institutions and organizations, as well as to generate new public policies in areas where they are needed; the journal is expected to serve this purpose.

The journal publishes articles in Turkish and English in the fields of Economics, Business Administration, Political Science and Public Administration, International Relations, Management Information Systems, Finance, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Social Work, and related disciplines. The author is solely responsible for the language, scientific accuracy, legal compliance, and ethical standards of the articles published in the journal. Articles may not be used without proper citation.

Note: After an article is accepted, an extended abstract of 750–1,000 words must be submitted. An extended abstract is not required for articles submitted in English.
