AVRUPA BİRLİĞİ ÜYESİ 13 ÜLKEDE POST-KEYNESYEN PARA ARZININ İÇSELLİĞİ HİPOTEZİNİN TEST EDİLMESİ

Year 2018, Volume: 9 Issue: 17, 1 - 20, 30.06.2018

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Post Keynesyen paranın
içselliği teorisinin 2001-2015 yıllarını kapsayan dönemde 13 Avrupa Birliği
ülkesi için analiz edilmesidir. Bu amaç çerçevesinde birim kök testi,
eşbütünleşme testleri, Panel ARDL ve ardından Granger nedensellik testleri
yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışmanın genel sonuçları,
13 Avrupa Birliği ülkesi için Post-Keynesyen paranın içselliği yaklaşımını
desteklemektedir. Bu bağlamda ampirik bulgular, bu ülkelerde halkın para
talebini karşılamak için bankalar tarafından yaratılan kredilerin para arzı
için temel teşkil ettiğini göstermektedir.
