Kafkas University Journal of Management and Informatics aims to support interdisciplinary knowledge production and sharing by focusing on the interaction between management and information technologies. In this regard, our primary objective is to foster collaboration among researchers and contribute to the advancement of the fields of management and informatics by publishing original research and review studies at both national and international levels.
Our journal publishes articles in December and June, accepting a wide range of studies from theoretical discussions to applied research. In this context, articles prepared in fields such as management information systems, organizational behavior, leadership, human resource management, entrepreneurship, information systems, artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, and sustainability fall within the scope of publication.
