Üstün yetenekli öğrenciler için müze eğitimi

Abstract

Müze eğitimi, yapılandırılmış ve planlı öğrenme ortamları sunarak öğrencilerin çoklu zekâ alanlarına hitap eden, bilişsel ve duyuşsal gelişimlerini destekleyen bir eğitim yaklaşımıdır. Bu derleme makale, görsel sanatlarda üstün yetenekli öğrenciler için müze eğitiminin sunduğu fırsatları ve bu alandaki araştırmaların bulgularını incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Literatürde, müze eğitiminin bu öğrencilerin yüksek düzeydeki bilişsel ve yaratıcı potansiyellerini desteklediği, farklı disiplinlerden beslenen öğrenme ortamları sunduğu ve kültürel farkındalıklarını geliştirdiği vurgulanmaktadır. Çalışma, Türkiye ve uluslararası alanda yapılmış akademik çalışmalardan hareketle hazırlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, müze eğitiminin üstün yetenekli öğrenciler için hem pedagojik hem de duygusal olarak zenginleştirici bir araç olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

Museum education for gifted students

Abstract

Museum education is an educational approach that addresses students' multiple intelligences and supports their cognitive and affective development by providing structured and planned learning environments. This review article aims to examine the opportunities offered by museum education for gifted students in the visual arts and the findings of research in this area. The literature emphasizes that museum education supports these students' high-level cognitive and creative potential, provides learning environments informed by diverse disciplines, and enhances their cultural awareness. This study draws on academic studies conducted in Turkey and internationally. The findings reveal that museum education is both a pedagogical and emotionally enriching tool for gifted students.
