Special Issue Announcement 

Our journal will publish a special issue in conjunction with the 9th International Congress on Economic Research and Financial Markets (IERFM), to be held in Kayseri on April 16-18, 2026. Hosted by Istanbul Nişantaşı University, Erciyes University, and Kayseri University, this international congress will bring together academics, market professionals, and financial media working in the fields of economics and finance. Selected papers presented at the congress and successfully completing the peer review process will be considered for publication in our journal's special issue. We invite all researchers to participate in the congress and submit their papers.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be prepared in compliance with the revised manuscript template. The current template can be accessed via the “Author Guidelines” page on the journal’s website.

Kayseri University Journal of Social Sciences, which is began in 2019, is a peer-reviewed journal that encompasses studies in the social sciences and humanities. As of 2024, it is indexed by TR Index. The journal is also included in Index Copernicus International, ERIH Plus, ISAM, Asos and Google Scholar. Author(s) are responsible for following the relevant indexes.

The journal aims to contribute to the existing literature by publishing original theoretical and applied research conducted in various disciplines of the social sciences, including economics and administrative sciences, history, literature, and fine arts. The publication languages are Turkish and English, and there is no financial obligation for authors to cover the costs of evaluation and publication.

It is imperative to note that articles submitted to Kayseri University Journal of Social Sciences must not have been previously published elsewhere. However, articles presented at national or international scientific meetings and published as abstracts or full texts in proceedings books may be submitted, provided that these specifications are specified and updated.

Submitted articles are processed in the order in which they are received, and undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The articles that are approved for publication are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number. Articles for which the peer review process has been completed and the final version has been submitted are queued for publication in the next upcoming issue.

In accordance with the policy that came into effect in 2020, it is now necessary to obtain the approval of the ethics committee for the articles. Research within this domain must be conducted in accordance with international ethical standards. The legal responsibility for the content of all articles published in this journal rests solely with the respective author(s). The journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. Consequently, the content of this licence is permitted to be shared, copied, reproduced and distributed for non-commercial purposes.

Authors are expected to use the article template provided on our Author Guidelines page when submitting their manuscripts. In particular, the article type should be determined by referring to this template. Accordingly, each article must include the required components/structures specified for its type and should be organized in line with these requirements.
