KAYÜSOSDER Publication Policy
Articles submitted to our journal will be evaluated according to the following rules:
1. Authors whose articles are accepted for publication must not have published any other articles in the previous calendar year.
2. Authors who have an article published in the June 2025 issue are not eligible to publish again until 2027. This restriction includes the December 2025 issue and the entire year of 2026.
3. Manuscripts rejected during the review process may not be resubmitted to the journal. Any attempt at resubmission will result in automatic rejection.
Process-Related Files
Authors may prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s writing rules using the designated template.
Two files must be uploaded to the system: one named and one anonymous. File names must not include author names. When uploading, please name your files as shown below.
Please carefully follow the instructions provided in the Article Template corresponding to your article type. The required documents can be accessed via the links below:
• Declaration Form
• Declaration Form for studies not requiring Ethics Committee Approval (if Ethics Committee approval is required, the approval document must be uploaded)
• Reviewer Response Sheet (any changes requested by reviewers must be applied to the manuscript. This form should be completed separately, and both the revised article and the completed form must be uploaded)
Language, Originality, and Plagiarism
1- Our journal publishes articles in Turkish and English. For bilingual articles, a Turkish abstract must appear at the beginning of the manuscript, followed by the English title and abstract.
2- Submitted articles must be original and must not have been published or be under review elsewhere. Authors are required to complete the Copyright Transfer Form, confirming the originality of their work. Articles submitted without a completed Copyright Transfer Form will not enter the evaluation process.
3- Our journal does not charge any fees during the evaluation, preparation, or publication process.
4- The identities of the author(s) must not be revealed in any part of the manuscript. Information such as whether the study was derived from a thesis, supported by a project, or presented at a conference will be added during the editing stage if the article is accepted.
5- Authors should ensure that the similarity index of their manuscript does not exceed 30%, as measured by plagiarism detection software. Following pre-screening for originality and similarity, manuscripts will be sent to reviewers. At least two positive reviews are required for acceptance.
6- Manuscripts should not exceed 25 pages.
7- References must be cited in parentheses within the text (not as footnotes).
8- Explanatory notes, other than references, should appear on a separate page under the title “Notes,” preceding the References section.
9- All sources used should be listed on a separate page titled “References.”
10- A space should be left after each punctuation mark..
Formatting
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the article template, the journal’s formatting rules, and APA 7 guidelines.
