COVID-19: KAÇINILMAZ DEĞİŞİM ALARMI! YA İNSAN YA DA İNSAN!

Year 2020, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 48 - 63, 30.06.2020

Abstract

COVID-19: UNAVOIDABLE CHANGE ALARM! EITHER HUMAN OR HUMAN!

Year 2020, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 48 - 63, 30.06.2020

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic emerged as a phenomenon that marked the year we were in and threatened our future. In this study, we tried to discuss the pandemic in general, how it affects the course of the world and how we can overcome this situation with a leap of consciousness. This process, which has caused thousands of deaths worldwide and disrupted social and economic life, is a milestone in history. We can overcome the dynamics of the old paradigm with the awakening of the new paradigm, “oneness consciousness” in every area, in order to overcome the difficulties that come with this milestone in individuals, relations, society, countries and the world. In order to keep this paradigm alive and deepen in mind, it has become necessary to produce new methods at every discipline, at individual, social, economic and global levels, and to activate plans and projects. The basis of this necessity is the sustainability of human existence. For this reason, it is the primary responsibility of everyone and all institutions, the states and countries to make the oneness consciousness paradigm, which is compatible with the original values of human and nature, into our new intellectual value, new perspective and action. Moreover, regarding these contexts, we aimed to enrich the points of view by including an interview with an expert academician in the management and organization field. In this study, we adopted qualitative review method and tried to express point of view within the framework of the descriptive quality. In addition, interview method was also applied as complementary nature.
