Abstract

Hukuk sosyolojisindeki çalışma ve eğilimlere dâir bu muhâsebe tüketici ve kuşatıcı olmak gibi bir iddiada bulunmuyor. Eğer bu alandaki büyük çalışmaları, önemli meseleleri ve boşlukları –gelişen eğilimleri göstererek ve geleceğin istikametine dâir fikirler sunarak– belirlemek ve vurgulamakta başarılı olursa, hedeflerimizi gerçekleştirmiş olacağız.
