HİZMETİÇİ ÖĞRETMEN EĞİTİMİNDE YENİ BİR YAKLAŞIM: YENİLİKÇİ ÖĞRETMENLER PROGRAMI VE DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Microsoft ve MEB’in ortaklaşa yürüttükleri Yenilikçi Öğretmenler Programı ve programın değerlendirilmesi hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Hizmet içi öğretmen eğitimine farklı bir yaklaşım getiren bu programda, öğretmenlerin nasıl eğitim aldıkları ve işbirliğine dayalı olarak programın nasıl yürütüldüğü açıklanmaktadır. Programın değerlendirmesinde yeterlik ve güvenirlik testleri yapılmış olan anket kullanılmıştır. Ankete cevap veren 124 öğretmenden elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucu, program başarısı ve gelecekte hizmetiçi eğitim programlarının başarılı olabilmesi için gerekli bazı hususlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

A New Approach to Inservice Teacher Training: The Innovative Teachers Program and Its Evaluation

Abstract

In this study, information will be provided about the Innovative Teachers Program which is collaboratively implemented by both Microsoft and the Ministry of National Education, and its evaluation. In this paper, how teachers get training and how the program approaching inservice teacher training differently from other inservice teacher training is implemented will be explained. For he program evaluation the questionnaire of which validity and reliability tests have already been conducted was used. Data obtained from 124 teachers were analyzed and with the analysis results the success of the program was determined. Also, at the end of the paper some points identified to have a succesful teacher training program in future were provided
