Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and it is determined that the scale has a good level for
one dimension (x2
=85.03, p<0.01). Also, CFI= 0.92, GFI= 0.90, AGFI= 0.90, IFI= 0.93, RMR,
0.05 ve RMSEA= 0.19 values were obtained. Cronbach alpha reliablity value for scale is 0.96
(N=592). Within the content of parallel forms reliability, Vocational Decision Making Scale
(VDMS) and Locus of Control Scale (LCS) were used and reached to significant correlations.
