The bioclimatic comfort conditions were determined through index calculations performed based on the observation data from the meteorological stations in the province. In the study area involving significant diversity in terms of climatic characteristics, the effect of bioclimatic comfort on educational activities was seen to be about fuel costs in general. The study area was determined to contain very little cool thermal perception. Uncomfortable bioclimatic comfort classes were seen to be dominant (51%) in the study area. Of the schools situated in the study area, 60% were on uncomfortable areas, and 40% on comfortable areas.
