Feeding Dietary of Colchic Khramulya [Capoeta sieboldii (Steindachner, 1864)] Inhabiting Hirfanli Dam Lake (Kırşehir / Türkiye)

Abstract

In this study, the digesting contents of totally 173 Colchic Khramulya, Capoeta sieboldii(Steindachner,1864) samples collected from Hirfanlı Dam Lake between March 2004-August 2005 were investigated by using percent of total number, percent of frequency of occurrence and the method of Geometric Index of Importance. As a result, a total of 42 food items (38 of which were plant and 8 animal) were observed in the digesting system. The percentage of food items plant was %88,47 Bacillariophyta %6,80 Chlorophyta %2,87 Cyanophyta %0,032 Euglenophyta and the percentage of food items animal was %0,0149 Amphipoda %0,0049 Fish Roe %0,19 Copepoda %0,00079 Clodocera %0,03 Insecta %0,054 Monogononta %1,38 Nematoda

Hirfanlı Baraj Gölü’nde Yaşayan Siraz Balığı [Capoeta sieboldii (Steindachner, 1864)]’nın Beslenme Rejimi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Mart 2004-Ağustos 2005 tarihleri arasında Hirfanlı Baraj Gölü’nde yakalanan 173 Siraz Capoeta sieboldii (Steindachner, 1864) örneğinin sindirim sistemi içerikleri; sayısal yüzde, bulunuş frekansı yüzesi ve Geometrik Önem İndeksi metodu (GII) kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; sindirim sistemi içeriğinde toplam 42 besin çeşidi (34’ü bitkisel 8’i hayvansal) gözlenmiştir. Bitkisel besin çeşitlerinin yüzdesi %88,47 Bacillariophyta, %6,80 Chlorophyta, %2,87 Cyanophyta, %0,032 Euglenophyta’dır. Hayvansal besin çeşitlerinin yüzdesi %0,0149 Amphipoda, %0,049 Balık Yumurtası, %0,19 Copepoda, %0,00079 Clodocera, %0,03 Insecta, %0,054 Monogononta ve %1,38 Nematoda’dır
