Cyprinus carpio Karaciğer Dokusu Yağ Asidi İçeriğinin Mevsimsel Değişimi

Year 2022, Volume: 12 Issue: 1, 66 - 81, 15.06.2022
https://doi.org/10.31466/kfbd.988208

Abstract

C. carpio’nun her iki eşeyinin total lipitlerinde n-3/n-6 oranı; karaciğer dokusunda 1.33-2.55 aralığında tespit edilmiştir.

Seasonal Variations on the Fatty Acid Composition in Liver Tissue of Cyprinus carpio

Year 2022, Volume: 12 Issue: 1, 66 - 81, 15.06.2022
https://doi.org/10.31466/kfbd.988208

Abstract

In this study, seasonal variations on fatty acid composition in liver tissue of female and male C. carpio was investigated. Fatty acid compositions of total lipid have been identified in liver tissues of fishes using a mixture of fatty acid standards. The main constituents were 16:0 among SFAs (saturated fatty acid), 16:1n-7 and 18:1n-9 among MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acid), EPA and DHA among PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acid) in the total lipid extracted from liver tissue of C. carpio all seasons. Triacylglycerol and PL fatty acid contents in muscle tissue of fish were found to be different. The major fatty acids in liver tissue of fish varied depending on reproduction, temperature and season. The n-3/n-6 ratio was determined to range from 1.33-2.55 for liver tissue in total lipids in both sexes of C. carpio.
