Abstract

NATO’nun Müşterek Komuta Kontrol ve Konsültasyon Bilgi Değişim Veri Modeli (JC3IEDM), askerî bilginin ortak kullanılabilir bir yapıda tanımlanmasını sağlayan bilgi değiş tokuş modelidir. Harekât sahasında cereyan eden/edecek askerî bilgilerin bu dille ifade edilebilmesi bu modelin oluşturulmasının hareket noktalarından birisidir. Bu çalışmada, askerî alanda insansız araçların daha çok kullanılmaya başlandığı göz önüne alınarak, bir insansız suüstü aracına verilebilecek en temel görevlerden birisi olan karakol görevinin NATO JC3IEDM yapısı ile nasıl ve ne kadarının modellenebildiği incelenmiş ve bu kapsamda mevcut veri modeline uygulanabilecek eklentiler ortaya konulmuştur
