Kırık Camlar Teorisinin Kurum Kültürüne Uyarlanabilirliği

Abstract

Bu makalede bir kriminoloji teorisi olan “kırık camlar”ın kurum kültürüne uyarlanabilirliği tartışılmaktadır. Çalışmada kırık camlar teorisinin ana hatlarından bahsedilmekte, teorinin kurum kültürüne uygulanabilirliği nitel olarak irdelenmekte ve hipotezler sunulmaktadır. Yapılan kümülatif bir literatür değerlendirmesi sonucunda teorinin kurum kültürüne kırılganlık, kolektif tutumlar ve sebep sonuç ilişkisi açısından uyarlanabilir ve katkı sağlaması muhtemel bir teori olduğu savunulmaktadır

On Adaptability of Broken Windows Theory to Corporate Culture

Abstract

In the article, the adaptability of the criminology theory “broken windows” to corporate culture is discussed. In this study, the main lines of broken windows theory are mentioned, the applicability of the theory to corporate culture is examined qualitatively and hypotheses are presented. As a result of a cumulative literature review, it is argued that the theory is adaptable to corporate culture and likely will contribute to it
