ÜÇLÜ KUANTUM TELİNDE MAGNETİK ALAN VE LAZER ALAN’NIN ELEKTRONİKÖZELLİKLERE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Üçlü kare kuyu tel sisteminedışarıdan uygulanan manyetik ve lazer alan etkisi altında yapının içinde bulunan bir elektronun hidrojenimsi yabancı atoma bağlanma enerjisi hesaplandı. Bağlanma enerjisinin, dışarıdan uygulanan etkilere duyarlılığı, farklı tel boyutları dikkate alınarak gösterildi.Üçlü kuantum tel yapısı olarak GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs yarıiletkenlerinin kullanıldığı kuantum tel kuyusu düşünüldü. Uygulanan manyetik alan tel eksenine paralel negatif z yönünde veaynı şekilde, lazer alan tel eksenine paralel negatif z doğrultusunda olacak şekilde seçildi.Hesaplamalarda sonlu farklar nümerik diferansiyel denklem çözme yöntemi kullanıldı.Elektron bant enerjilerinin, uygulanan alanlara ve tel kalınlığına nasıl bağlı olduğu gösterildi.Bu tür yapıların elektronik özelliklerinin anlaşılması için deneysel çalışmalara göre daha ekonomik ve daha hızlı sonuç elde edileceği gösterildi.
