Abstract

Bu çalışma ile ABD ve Türkiye örneklerinden hareketle bayan meslek mensuplarının durumu irdelenecektir. ABD uygulamasında SMMM firmaları tarafından işe alınan kadınların sayısı son 20 yılda artış göstermesine rağmen, kadın meslektaşlarımızın sayısı orantılı olarak yükselmemiştir. Bu çalışmada kadın meslektaşlarımızın neden daha azınlıkta olduğunun sebepleri ABD pratiğinden hareketle tartışılacak ve bazı SMMM firmalarının kadın meslektaşlarımızın sayısını arttırabilmek için neler yaptıklarından bahsedilecek ve Türkiye uygulamasındaki duruma da yer verilecektir
