Dijital Dönüşümün Örgüt Kültürü Üzerine Yansımaları

Abstract

Dijitalleşme ve beraberinde yaşanan dijital dönüşüm şirket yapılarını ve iş yapma biçimlerini etkilemektedir. Dijitalleşme konusunda güncel olarak yapılan çalışmalar ve anlayışlar çalışma içerisinde ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmada dijital dönüşümün örgüt kültürü üzerine yansımaları ele alınmaktadır. Dijital dönüşümün gerçekleşmesinde etkili olan dijital dönüşüm unsurlarının hangi alanlarda etkili olduğu ve sağladığı katkılar incelenmektedir. Örgüt kültürü ayırt edici ve önemli bir kavramdır. Dolayısıyla örgüt kültürünü oluşturan ve destekleyen unsurlar ayrıca ele alınmıştır. Örgüt kültüründe yaşanan değişim ve bu değişimin nasıl gerçekleştiği önemlidir. Dijital dönüşüm ve örgüt kültürü alanında yapılan çalışmalar dijital dönüşümün örgüt kültürü üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir ve dönüşümün kültüre doğrudan etkisi devam edecektir.

Reflections of Digital Transformation on Organizational Culture

Abstract

Digitalization and the accompanying digital transformation affect company structures and ways of doing business. Current studies and insights on digitalization are handled in the study. In the study, the reflections of digital transformation on organizational culture are discussed. The areas in which the digital transformation factors effective in the realization of digital transformation are effective and their contributions are examined. Organizational culture is a distinctive and important concept. Therefore, the elements that form and support the organizational culture are also discussed. The change in organizational culture and how this change occurs is important. Studies in the field of digital transformation and organizational culture show that digital transformation has an impact on organizational culture and the direct impact of culture on transformation will continue.
