Authors’ Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for ensuring that articles comply with scientific and ethical standards. Authors must guarantee that the article is original, has not been previously published elsewhere, and is not under consideration for publication in another language. Applicable copyright laws and agreements must be observed. Copyrighted materials (e.g., tables, figures, or extensive quotations) must be used with the necessary permission and acknowledgment. The work of other authors, contributors, or sources used must be appropriately cited and referenced.

All authors must have made a direct academic and scientific contribution to the submitted article. All authors must indicate the author order in the signed Copyright Agreement Form. All authors must declare any financial relationships, conflicts of interest, and competing interests that could potentially affect the research results or scientific evaluation.

For authors wishing to utilize the bilingual publication option, the costs of professional translation and editing services paid to potential service providers are entirely independent of the editorial decision-making process. Obtaining translation services does not guarantee the acceptance of the article in any way.

Editor and Reviewer Responsibilities

The Editor-in-Chief evaluates articles independently of the authors' ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religious belief and political philosophy. Ensures that articles submitted for publication undergo a fair double-blind peer review. Guarantees that all information regarding submitted articles will remain confidential until the article is published. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the content and overall quality of the publication. He/she must publish an error page or make corrections when necessary.

The Editor-in-Chief does not allow conflicts of interest between authors, editors and reviewers. He/she has full authority to appoint reviewers and is responsible for making the final decision regarding articles to be published in the Journal.

Reviewers must not have conflicts of interest with the research, the authors and/or the financial supporters of the research. They must reach an impartial judgment as a result of their evaluations. They must ensure that all information regarding submitted articles is kept confidential and report any copyright infringement or plagiarism on the author's part to the editor. If the reviewer does not feel qualified to address the subject of the article or is unable to provide timely feedback, the reviewer should inform the editor of this and ask him/her not to be involved in the review process.

During the review process, the editor clearly states to the reviewers that the articles sent for review are the private property of the authors and that this is a privileged communication. Reviewers and editorial board members cannot discuss the articles with other people. Care should be taken to keep the identity of the reviewers confidential. In some cases, with the editor's decision, the relevant reviewers' comments on the article may be sent to other reviewers who have reviewed the same article, thus ensuring that the reviewers are informed during this process.
