Digital Archiving and Persistent Identifier (DOI) Policy
The Journal of Konya Research (JoKR) is an independent, non-profit academic publication that fully supports the universal philosophy of "Open Science". To ensure the permanent digital preservation, secure archiving, and international identification of published articles, our journal utilizes the Zenodo data repository, developed and supported by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and the European Union's OpenAIRE infrastructure.
The Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) assigned to our articles are provided from the DataCite infrastructure via Zenodo. The primary reason for choosing Zenodo is its robust technological infrastructure that supports open-access publishing, its guarantee of long-term and secure data preservation on CERN servers, and its perfect alignment with the sustainable publication model of our journal, which does not charge Article Processing Charges (APC). Through this policy, our authors' works are kept permanently and reliably accessible globally, without being dependent on any commercial monopoly.
