Hemodiyalizin Akut Komplikasyonları

Abstract

Hemodiyaliz sırasında karşılaşılan komplikasyonlar;
damar yoluna bağlı komplikasyonlar, akut ve kronik
komplikasyonlar olarak üç kısımda incelenebilir. Akut
komplikasyonlar sık ve nadir görülenler olmak üzere iki
ayrı gruba ayrılabilir. Akut kompliasyonlar, sıklık
sırasına göre, hipotansiyon (%20-30), kramplar (%5-20),
bulantı-kusma (%5-15), kaşıntı (%5), baş ağrısı (%5), sırt
ve göğüs ağrısı (%2-5), titreme ve ateş (%2)’tir. Biz bu
derlemede özellikle sık görülen akut komplikasyonları
gözden geçirmeyi amaçladık.
