Abstract

Dural ponksiyon sonrası baş ağrısı (DPSB) nörologlar tarafından beyin omurilik sıvısını incelemek amacıyla, anestezistler tarafından da spinal veya epidural anestezi uygulamaları için yaptıkları girişim sonrasında ortaya çıkan bir komplikasyondur. Hastanın yaşam kalitesini çok düşürdüğü için iyi bilinmeli ve tedavi edilmelidir. Bu makalede DPSB’nın patofizyolojisi, görülme sıklığı, risk faktörleri ve tedavisi kısaca özetlenmiştir.
