15 Haftalık Fetusun İntrauterin Fetal Ölümü ile Sonuçlanan Boynuna ve Sol Koluna Dolanmış Umblikal Kor

Abstract

Otuz yaşında sağlıklı gebe (gravida 5, parite 4) intrauterine fetal ölüm olarak kliniğimize başvurdu. Ultrasonda intrauterine 15 haftalık kalp atışı olmayan fetus görüldü. Tıbbı nedenli tahliye sonrası umblikal kordun fetal boyun ve eş zamanlı sol kol etrafına dolandığı  tespit edildi. Gövde, ekstremite ve boyun etrafında  çoklu döngüler içeren kompleks kord dolanmaları dikkatli takip edilmeli ve aile fetal ölüm riski konusunda bilgilendirilmelidir.
