Etik Liderliğin Çalışanların İşe Adanmışlık Düzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract

Etik liderlik, çalışanların ve işletmelerin refahını olduğu kadar gelişmesini de sağlayarak yönetsel karar almada etik ilkelere öncelik veren bir liderlik stilidir. İşe adanmışlık, çalışanların kendilerini işlerine derinlemesine verdiklerinde yaşadıkları olumlu memnuniyet verici durumu ifade etmektedir. İşe adanmışlığı yüksek çalışanlar, daha yüksek düzeyde enerjiye sahip oldukları için iş tatmini ve performansları da yüksektir. Etik liderlik, iş yerinde ahlaki değerler ve sorumluluk üzerine kurulu bir kültür oluşturduğundan, çalışanların işe adanmışlığını olumlu yönde etkileme potansiyeline sahiptir. Bu araştırma, etik liderliğin işe adanmışlık üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, çalışanların demografik ve iş ile ilgili değişkenlere göre işe adanmışlık seviyelerinde farklılık olup olmadığını da belirlemeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu kapsamda, kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak 437 beyaz yakalı çalışandan veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları, çalışanların etik liderlik algılarının işe adanmışlık üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

**
