Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Kariyer Kararsızlığı, Benliğin Farklılaşması ve Uyumsuz Düşünce Stilleri Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinde kariyer kararsızlığı, benliğin farklılaşması ve uyumsuz düşünce stilleri arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma 579 üniversite öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir (430-%74,3 Kadın, 149-%25.7 Erkek). Araştırmada; Uyumsuz Düşünce Tarzları Ölçeği, Benlik Farklılaşması Ölçeği, Duygusal ve Kişilik İlişkili Kariyer Karar Verme Güçlükleri Ölçeği ve kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, uyumsuz düşünce stilleri ile benliğin farklılaşmasının, kariyer kararsızlığına doğrudan etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Ek olarak uyumsuz düşüncelerin kariyer kararsızlığına etkisinde benliğin farklılaşmasının kısmi aracılık etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmada kariyer kararsızlığı, uyumsuz düşünce stilleri ve benliğin farklılaşması arasındaki yol analizine ilişkin oluşturulan modelin kabul edilebilir parametrelerde uyum gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın sonunda araştırmanın gelecekteki etkileri ve sınırlılıkları belirtilmiş ve öneriler sunulmuştur.
