Bankacılık ve Finans Bölümü Öğrencilerinin Kariyer Uyumlulukları Üzerinde Amaç İçin Mücadele Etme ve Öznel İyi Oluşun Açıklayıcı Rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kariyer uyumluluğunun
açıklamasında amaçlar için mücadele etme ve öznel iyi oluşun etkisini
incelemektir. Bu çalışma korelasyonel desende yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışmaya İç
Anadolu bölgesinin bir kamu üniversitesinde 17-27 yaşları arasındaki 47 kadın
(%26.6) ve 130 erkek (%73.4) olmak üzere toplam 177 bankacılık ve finans
bölümünde öğrenim gören tüm öğrenciler katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak
“Kariyer Uyumluluğu Ölçeği, Amaçlar İçin Mücadele Etme Ölçeği, Yaşam Doyumu
Ölçeği ve Pozitif - Negatif Duygu Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde çoklu
regresyon analizi tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarında kariyer keşfi ve
kariyer plan yapmayı, amaç için mücadeleye devam etme, amaca bağlanma ve öznel
iyi oluş anlamlı ve önemli bir şekilde pozitif yönden açıklamaktadır.
