Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Yaşam Doyumunu Yordamada Kariyer Kararı Öz-Yeterliği ve Umudun Rolünün İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu
araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin yaşam doyumunu yordamada kariyer kararı
özyeterliği ve umudun rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, nicel
araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama deseninde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya
çeşitli lisans programlarında öğrenimine devam eden 249 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırma
kapsamındaki veriler Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği, Kariyer Kararı Özyeterliği Ölçeği
Kısa Formu ve Umut Ölçeği yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde
hiyerarşik regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar kariyer kararı
özyeterliğinin ve umudun, üniversite öğrencilerinin yaşam doyumunun anlamlı
yordayıcıları olduğunu göstermiştir. 
Araştırmanın bulguları ilgili literatür çerçevesinde tartışılarak bazı
öneriler sunulmuştur.
