Psikolojik Danışmanların Ruh Sağlığı Sürekliliğinin Yordanması: Etkili Psikolojik Danışman Nitelikleri ve Kariyer Uyumluluğunun Rolü

Abstract

Öz. Bu çalışmanın amacı;
psikolojik danışmanların etkili psikolojik danışman nitelikleri, ruh sağlığı
sürekliliği ve kariyer uyumları arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi
amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, İstanbul ilindeki farklı
liselerde çalışan 275 psikolojik danışman oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılar uygun
örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu,
Etkili Psikolojik Danışman Niteliklerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği, Ruh Sağlığı
Sürekliliği Kısa Formu ve Kariyer Uyumluluğu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, Çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi ve Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyon tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 21.0
programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, psikolojik danışmanların etkili psikolojik danışman nitelikleri ile kariyer uyumluluğunun, birlikte toplam varyansın % 34’ ünü açıkladığı görülmüştür. Bu sebeple, psikolojik danışman ruh sağlığı sürekliliğinin korunmasında etkili psikolojik danışman nitelikleri ile kariyer uyumluluğunun dikkate alınmasının önemli katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
