Interpersonal Violence: Psychological Harassment (Mobbing)

Abstract

Mobbing as interpersonal violence hasbeen newly defined and been taken to courtalthough it has not been a new phenomenon.Mobbing is a persistent and systematic harassment which can be observed during communication situations. Mobbing can occur in differentways and it causes incalculable economic andpsychological harm for both the targeted workerand the employer. People those who witnessmobbing should ethically intervene and theemployer should provide a safe, respectful workenvironment for all employees ana also mobbedpeople should get support from his/her relatives,employer, law people, other mobbed personsand mental health professionals who will helphim/her to struggle with mobbing more powerfully
