En üretken yazar 37 çalışmasıyla Scullion, Hugh olurken en çok atıf alan çalışma Collings’in (2009) “Strategic talent management: A review and research agenda” başlıklı makalesi olmuştur. Araştırmada sadece Web of Science veri tabanın kullanılmış olması bu çalışmanın kısıtlı yönünü ifade etmektedir. Bu alandaki araştırmacıların yetenek yönetimi üzerine yapacakları çalışmalarda Scopus, TR Dizin vb. veri tabanlarından da istifade etmeleri ilgili alanyazını zenginleştirecektir.

Purpose: In this research; The topics that are most effective in talent management research (authors, articles, journals, institutions, keywords and countries), how talent management studies are clustered, and which research streams attract the most attention are discussed. This issue, which is important for today's businesses, is addressed with quantitative data, aiming to provide a deeper look at the relevant literature.
Result: When looking at the distribution of studies according to WoS fields, it was seen that the most research was conducted in the field of management (82.31%) with 1,345 studies. While the most productive author was Scullion and Hugh with 37 works, the most cited work was Collings' (2009) article titled "Strategic talent management: A review and research agenda". When looking at the citation analysis of countries, the United States ranked first with 8,730 citations, while in the citation ranking of institutions, University of Tillburg ranked first with 1,809 citations. Additionally, it ranked first in the bibliographic matching analysis with 799 citations in Collings' (2009) study.
Originality/Value of the Study: The fact that this bibliometric analysis study on the concept of talent management is the first in the national and international field represents the original part of this study.
Limitations of the Research: The fact that only the Web of Science database was used in the research expresses the limitation of this study. Researchers in this field will use Scopus, TR Dizin, etc. in their studies on talent management. Using databases will enrich the relevant literature.
Ethics committee: Since the research was conducted with secondary data, an ethics committee report is not needed.
Keywords: Talent management, Talent, Bibliometric analysis, VOSviewer, Data visualization.
