Hemodiyaliz Hastasında Kateter İlişkili İntraatrial Enfekte Trombus
Öz
Son dönem böbrek yetmezlikli(SDBY) hastalarda damar yolu problemi geliştiğinde kalıcı kateterler kullanılabilmektedir. Bu hastalarda kateter ilişkili sorunlar (çalışmama, enfeksiyon, tromboz) büyük bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Trombus aslında sanıldığından daha sık görülmektedir ancak nadiren semptom vermektedir. Burada kalıcı hemodiyaliz kateteri ile diyaliz tedavisi gören hastada tesbit edilen sağ atrial enfekte trombus olgusu sunulmuştur.
