Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Case With Diarrhea
Abstract
Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) is a zoonotic infectious disease with high mortality among viral haemorrhagic fever syndromes. The patient was a 37-year-old male who did not know that it was a tick-related disease and applied with fever, fatigue, fatigue, headache. On physical examination, the general condition was stable and there was widespread widespreadness in the patient with consciousness open. In laboratory tests, pancytopenia and liver function tests were found to be elevated. Clinical and laboratory findings of the patient who was considered viral haemorrhagic fever were positive for PCR test of CCHF polymerase chain reaction Patient in whom supportive care is initiated is improved after approximately two weeks of follow-up. CCHF, which has been seen as endemic in our country in recent years, is seen as a shepherd in Çankırı province in this case.
