Anonişi ile Seyreden Bir Liken Planus Olgusu

Abstract

Liken
planus deri, tırnak, saç ve müköz membranları etkileyen kronik, inflamatuar,
immünite ilişkili bir hastalıktır. Deri tutulumu olan hastalarda mukozal
tutulum ve tırnak tutulumları da tabloya eşlik edebilmektedir. Olgumuzda deri
tutulumu ile birlikte oral mukozada beyaz retiküler plaklar ve tırnak tutulumu
olarak anonişi mevcuttu. Liken planus seyrinde anonişi, çok sık görülmeyen bir
tırnak bulgusu olduğu için sunuldu.
