Kahramanmaraş Atmosferinde Bulunan Allerjen Fungusların Belirlenmesi

Year 2017, Volume: 12 Issue: 1, 31 - 34, 24.04.2017

Abstract

Abstract

In
this study; based on the gravity Petri-mikrofungal flora in the atmosphere of
Kahramanmaras using the plate method and the health problems it can cause
fungus has been studied. The isolation of fungi in the atmosphere in order
Dichloran Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar in Media, in the identification
Saboraud Dextrose Agar was used. Reproductive behavior, morphology, bottom and
top views in petri dishes, pigment formation, sports and considering defining
the criteria based on parameters such as microscopic examination of hifsel
structure identification was carried out at genus level. Sampling was carried
out in summer for 3 months. At the end of the study 10 different species were
identified. Fungi concentration has been observed in most northern and southern
station as it is because it is associated with the vegetation and pollution
levels can soyel. Of these, Penicillium
sp, Clodospori sp, Aspergillus sp.
and Alterneri
sp.
every month, and it has been seen at every station. Potential allergen
and is thought to be toxic, cause serious health problems of these fungi.
