Journal of Quality and Strategy Management is the official publication of Trakya University, and an international peer-reviewed academic journal. The journal is published twice a year (January-July).

The journal aims to publish original studies written in the area of quality and strategy, which will contribute to the area, and which are written in accordance with scientific methods.

The journal serves as a publishing tool for solving problems in the area of quality and strategy management.

The journal is based on independent and unbiased double-blinded peer-reviewed principles. Only unpublished papers that are not under review for publication elsewhere can be submitted.

Journal of Quality and Strategy Management does not accept multiple submissions and duplicate submissions even though the previous one was published in a different language. The authors are responsible for the scientific content of the material to be published. This Journal reserves the right to request any research materials on which the paper is based.

Authorship Criteria

Journal of Quality and Strategy Management follows the below authorship criteria of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and every corresponding author should fill the Authorship contribution form based on these criteria of COPE.

Only persons who meet these authorship criteria should be listed as authors in the manuscript as they must be able to take public responsibility for the content:

All persons who made substantial contributions to the work reported in the manuscript (such as technical help, writing and editing assistance, general support) but who do not meet the criteria for authorship must not be listed as an author, but should be acknowledged in the “Acknowledgements” section after their written permission to be named has been obtained. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate coauthors (according to the above definition) and no inappropriate co-authors are included in the author list and verify that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its submission for publication.

Publication Process

Journal of Quality and Strategy Management is an international peer-reviewed journal, published printed and online twice a year.

The journal is based on independent and unbiased double-blinded peer-reviewed principles. Only unpublished papers that are not under review for publication elsewhere can be submitted.

Articles to be published in journal are not supposed to be published anywhere else before.

Article's languages are Turkish and English.

No royalty payment is given to the article authors.

Journal of Quality and Strategy Management does NOT charge a fee for submission, processing, or publication from authors and reviewers. It is a 100% nonprofit initiative to encourage good social sciences publications.

The author should apply for membership in order to add an article to the system and enter the system after confirmation and send the article.

The author can track their own article assessment process on their user account.

Accepted articles belonging to the same author(s) are not published in the same or following issues. Advisory Board makes the final decision about which article will be published in which issue.

Article texts, reference systems, and bibliographies should be prepared in American Psychological Association (APA) style.

Articles published in the journal are sent to at least two reviewers. Papers in accordance with the results of peer-review will be queued to be published. The authors about the identity of the reviewer, the reviewer is not informed about the identity of the authors.

Conflict of Interest

Journal of Quality and Strategy Management’s editorial review process is in accordance with the Good Editorial Practice set by international editorial organizations (EASE, COPE). Journal of Quality and Strategy Management requires that each author, reviewer, and editor must disclose to the editor-in-chief any conflict of interest related to family, personal, financial, political, or religious issues as well as any competing interest.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supporting a greater global exchange of knowledge. By “open access” to [peer-reviewed research literature], we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution and the only role for copyright in this domain is given to authors to retain control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.
