Chiari 1 Malformasyonuyla İlişkili Öksürük Başağrısı

Abstract

Öksürük başağrısı, Uluslararası Başağrısı Derneği tarafından yayınlanan son sınıflamada “diğer primer başağrıları” içinde birincil öksürük başağrısı alt başlığı içinde yer almaktadır. Bu yeni sınıflamada intrakraniyal bir patolojinin eşlik etmediği grup primer, herhangi intrakraniyal bir patolojiyle ilişkilendirilen grup semptomatik tanımlanmaktadır. Chiari–1 Malformasyonu ise en sık görülen sekonder öksürük başağrısı nedenidir. Bu sunuda Chiari-1 malformasyonu ile ilişkilendirdiğimiz öksürük başağrılı tanılı bir olgu son literatür bilgileri eşliğinde değerlendirilecektir

Abstract

Cough headache is located under sub-heading of primary cough headaches within ‘other primary cough headaches' according to the recent classification by International Headache Society. This new classification defines the group with no accompanying intracranial pathology as primary, and the group being associated with any intracranial pathology as symptomatic or secondary. Chiari-1 Malformation is the most common reason for secondary cough headaches. This presentation will discuss who cases considered as cough headaches associated with Chiari-1 Malformation in the light of the related literature
