Birinci Basamak ve Hastanede Çalışan Hemşirelerde Anksiyete, Depresyon ve Hayat Kalitesi

Abstract

Amaç: Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ile Birinci Basamak Sağlık Kuruluşlarında çalışan hemşirelerde anksiyete, depresyon, yaşam kalitesi ve sosyo-demografik özelliklerin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmaya Trabzon il merkezinde Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ile Birinci Basamak Sağlık Kuruluşlarında çalışan hemşireler alındı. Çalışma Aralık 2008 ve Ocak 2009 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden hemşirelere içerisinde sosyo-demografik bilgi formu, SF–36 yaşam kalitesi ölçeği, Beck Depresyon Ölçeği, Durumluk ve Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği ile Epworth Uykululuk Ölçekleri uygulandı.
